The Bridgeview House (named because of its panoramic views of Detroit’s AmbassadorBridge) was built during the Victorian period of the 1890’s. In the 1940’s, it was turnedinto a multi-family and, in 2017, was purchased by the present owner through the Detroit Land Bank.

The house required a total gut job, but we worked to bring the old back into the space, creating a home that feels authentic and instantly classic without being stuffy. We incorporated architectural elements that make the house look like it was always meant to be.
